The SleepTrust Guarantee provides a new way for mattress dealers to protect their customers interests. Their customer service initiatives and packages allow customers to buy with confidence and raise mattress sales for vendors. A targeted campaign for product launch including a website and digital media introduction were created to raise awareness of this new offering.

The main goals of the website included clear content for retailers and consumers to pique interest and make contact through a series of easy to complete forms. I created a clear site architecture with a simple variety of colours to deliver accurate content, and extra attention to detail in creating the application forms. What would otherwise be dauntingly large forms to fill out are easily paginated and graphically understandable.
